Project 8 Fitness

Training hard, together

Group training in Haywards Heath.

Strength and conditioning, functional movement, and mobility, coached for every level of fitness. Indoors and out, all year round, whatever the weather.

Whether it’s your first 5K or your next PB, your sport, staying injury-free, or simply feeling healthier, we’re here to help.

What our classes are like

Everyone deserves to feel stronger, move better, and enjoy being active, whatever their age, ability, or experience.

We’re more than a fitness class: we’re a welcoming community where people build confidence and support each other.

Each session is different. We build useful strength, cultivate mobility, and improve fitness through fun, challenging circuits. We work hard, rest, then go again.

We draw on a range of disciplines, and every exercise scales up or down, so you work at your own level. Every session is coached, not just led, so you’ll get pointers on your form and plenty of encouragement.

A typical hour (no two are quite the same)
  1. Warm-up 10 min
  2. Mobility 10 min
  3. Conditioning 20 min
  4. Strength 10 min
  5. Finisher 5 min
  6. Cool-down 5 min

Outdoors

Bootcamp-style classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Bodyweight work, running, and partner drills in every season.

Indoors

Wednesday evenings at Ashenground Community Centre. The same hard work with less running and more shelter, plus the occasional slower, mobility-focused session.

Eight ways we progress

The 8 in our name stands for eight things we work on together, in every session, so we each get a little better than yesterday.

  • Growth
